Debug File

When submitting a support request, you will need to submit a debug file that will help us troubleshoot your issue. Please follow these steps to retrieve the file:

  1. Go to the Document Blocks admin menu
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on the Debug Tab
  4. Click on the Enable Debug button

Once enabled, click on the Download System Information button.

After you click the button, you should see a file being downloaded.
